1. Payment
We accept ACH bank transfer, prepayment and major credit cards. Guest quotes are invoiced once pricing is accepted; approved accounts pay at checkout. Orders ship once payment clears.
2. Dispatch & lead time
Orders confirmed before 3 pm Arizona time on a business day usually ship the same day. Lead time on large-volume and white-label orders depends on quantity; we confirm the ship date on your quote.
3. Delivery & packaging
Lyophilized vials ship at ambient temperature, sealed and packed to protect the glass. We choose the carrier and service for each order based on its size and destination, so transit time varies. Tracking appears in your account as soon as an order ships.
4. What ships with every order
- Packing list with the lot number of every item
- Safety data sheet (SDS) for each compound
- Research-use-only declaration
- QR code on every vial and carton that opens the lot's Certificate of Analysis
5. International orders
We ship internationally to qualified research customers. Duties, taxes and any import permits are the buyer's responsibility, and some destinations need extra documentation before we can ship.
6. Sales tax & resale
Sales tax is charged where required. Distributors and resellers can upload a resale certificate with their account application.
