PepDistro Signature

Five blends. Every gram accounted for.

Formulated and filled in Phoenix from compounds we already carry on their own. Each vial's composition is published to the milligram, and one CoA covers every component in the lot.

  • 01Open formulasMilligrams of each component per vial, printed on the label and this page. No proprietary-blend math.
  • 02Single compounds, side by sideEvery component is also sold on its own, so you can run the blend against its parts.
  • 03One lot, one CoA, every componentThe QR code on each vial opens a CoA with identity and content results for each peptide in the blend.

The formulation sheets

Each sheet’s Research rationale summarizes published research on the individual components and why we pair them. It describes the research literature, not what a blend does: no Signature blend has been studied as a combination. For laboratory research use only.

BPC-15710 mg7.040%
TB-50010 mg2.040%
Cartalax5 mg15.020%
Total per vial25 mg

The BPC-157 / TB-500 base with the tripeptide bioregulator Cartalax added.

Research rationaleWhat the science says
Why these together

BPC-157 and thymosin β4 (TB-500) are the two peptides most often studied in tissue-repair models, and the literature studies them through different mechanisms. BPC-157 work centers on angiogenesis and growth-factor signaling; thymosin β4 is an actin-sequestering protein studied in cell migration. R3 adds Cartalax, a short bioregulator studied in cell-renewal culture models, so one lot covers all three lines of inquiry.

What's been studied
  • BPC-15715-amino-acid fragment of a gastric protein. Studied in rodent tendon, ligament and muscle injury models.
  • TB-500Thymosin β4, a 43-amino-acid actin-binding protein. Studied in wound and cardiac repair models.
  • CartalaxAla-Glu-Asp tripeptide. Studied in organotypic and fibroblast culture models.
The ratio

Equal mass of BPC-157 and TB-500, the pairing used most widely in research supply. Cartalax is added at half mass, which is still the largest molar share because of its low molecular weight.

EvidencePreclinical: animal and cell-culture studies. No published studies of the three together.

Epithalon10 mg25.633%
Pinealon10 mg23.933%
Thymalin10 mg—33%
Total per vial30 mg

Three bioregulators from our catalog, co-lyophilized in equal parts.

Research rationaleWhat the science says
Why these together

All three come out of the same research program: Vladimir Khavinson’s group’s work on peptides of the pineal gland and thymus. Epithalon and Pinealon are short synthetic sequences; Thymalin is a thymic peptide fraction. They are studied in aging research, often side by side, which makes an equal-parts trio a convenient single lot.

What's been studied
  • EpithalonAla-Glu-Asp-Gly tetrapeptide. Studied for telomerase activity in human somatic cell culture.
  • PinealonGlu-Asp-Arg tripeptide. Studied in neuronal cell and rat models of oxidative stress.
  • ThymalinThymic polypeptide fraction. Studied for immune parameters, largely in Russian-language literature.
The ratio

Equal mass of each component, 10 mg apiece.

EvidencePreclinical, mostly from one research group, with limited independent replication.

GHK-Cu · SNAP-8

C2
Componentmg / vialµmolShare
GHK-Cu50 mg124.483%
SNAP-810 mg9.317%
Total per vial60 mg

The copper tripeptide GHK-Cu with the octapeptide SNAP-8.

Research rationaleWhat the science says
Why these together

GHK-Cu and SNAP-8 are reference peptides in skin and cosmetic-ingredient research, and they act on unrelated targets. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide studied for extracellular-matrix and gene-expression effects in fibroblasts. SNAP-8 is a synthetic octapeptide designed to compete with SNAP-25 in SNARE complex assembly. Pairing them puts both pathways in one lot.

What's been studied
  • GHK-CuCopper(II) complex of Gly-His-Lys. Studied in fibroblast, collagen and gene-expression research.
  • SNAP-8Acetyl octapeptide-3, an elongated analog of acetyl hexapeptide-3 (Argireline). Studied in vitro for SNARE complex interference.
The ratio

5 : 1 by mass, reflecting GHK-Cu’s much higher typical concentration in formulation research.

EvidenceIn vitro and cosmetic-formulation studies. No published studies of the pair.

Thymosin Alpha-1 · KPV

I2
Componentmg / vialµmolShare
Thymosin Alpha-15 mg1.633%
KPV10 mg29.267%
Total per vial15 mg

Thymosin Alpha-1 with the tripeptide KPV.

Research rationaleWhat the science says
Why these together

Both peptides are studied in immune and inflammation research, through different routes. Thymosin α1 is a 28-amino-acid thymic peptide studied mainly for T-cell maturation and signaling. KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH, is studied for inflammatory signaling in intestinal epithelial cells, where it is taken up by the PepT1 transporter.

What's been studied
  • Thymosin Alpha-128-amino-acid thymic peptide with a long clinical research history outside the US.
  • KPVLys-Pro-Val, the C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH. Studied in cell and mouse models of intestinal inflammation.
The ratio

KPV at twice the mass of Thymosin α1. Because KPV is so small, that’s roughly 18 molecules of KPV for every one of Thymosin α1.

EvidenceThymosin α1: extensive literature, including clinical research outside the US. KPV: preclinical. No published studies of the pair.

MOTS-c · SS-31

M2
Componentmg / vialµmolShare
MOTS-c10 mg4.650%
SS-3110 mg15.650%
Total per vial20 mg

The mitochondrial-derived peptide MOTS-c with the tetrapeptide SS-31.

Research rationaleWhat the science says
Why these together

Both peptides are studied in mitochondrial research, from opposite directions. MOTS-c is encoded in mitochondrial DNA and studied as a signal from the mitochondrion to the rest of the cell, including AMPK activation. SS-31 is a synthetic tetrapeptide that binds cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane and is studied for its effect on the membrane itself.

What's been studied
  • MOTS-c16-amino-acid peptide encoded in the mitochondrial 12S rRNA gene. Studied in mouse metabolic models.
  • SS-31Elamipretide, a cardiolipin-binding tetrapeptide that has been through human clinical trials.
The ratio

Equal mass. SS-31’s lower molecular weight gives it about 3.4 times the molar share.

EvidenceMOTS-c: preclinical. SS-31: preclinical and clinical-trial literature. No published studies of the pair.
